Consultant-led intimate health & regeneration.
Dublin Andrology is a physician-led practice for men's intimate health, hormone care and non-surgical regeneration — assessed and treated with the rigour of hospital medicine, and the discretion of private practice.
Medicine first.
Always.
Every patient is seen by a hospital consultant before any treatment is discussed. Assessment comes first — a clinical history, an examination, and any investigations that are appropriate to your concern — followed by a straightforward conversation about what a treatment can, and cannot, do.
Where a condition calls for a different specialist, or for no treatment at all, that is what we recommend.
Diagnosis before treatment
No procedure is offered until its need has been properly assessed.
Consultant oversight throughout
Your care is led by a hospital consultant, not delegated to a technician.
Structured follow-up
Review appointments are built into every treatment plan, not left optional.
Areas of treatment
Six areas of focused clinical practice, each beginning with assessment rather than assumption.
Non-Surgical Girth Enhancement
Hyaluronic acid-based girth enhancement using the Androfill technique, performed by a trained consultant after a dedicated diagnostic and consent pathway.

Ask about thisThe Androfill pathway

Consultation & suitability assessment
A private consultation to understand your goals and medical history, and to assess whether you are a suitable candidate.
Anatomical measurement & planning
Measurement and a written plan, agreed with you before any procedure is scheduled.
Procedure day
Performed in a dedicated clinical setting by a consultant trained in the Androfill technique.
Structured review
A planned follow-up appointment to check healing, with further review arranged as needed.
Girth enhancement is a physician-administered medical procedure, not a cosmetic add-on. Assessment sometimes concludes that a patient is not a suitable candidate — that is treated as a normal and appropriate outcome, not a sales obstacle. Hyaluronic acid fillers are not permanent; how long results last, and what maintenance involves, is discussed individually at consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a walk-in aesthetic clinic?
No. Dublin Andrology is a consultant-led medical practice. Every patient is assessed before any treatment is discussed — treatment is never the starting point.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No referral is required to make a confidential enquiry. With your consent, we may liaise with your GP where it's clinically relevant to your care.
How is my privacy protected?
Appointments are discreet and your information is handled as confidential clinical correspondence. Full details of how your data is processed will be set out in our privacy policy.
What happens at my first appointment?
A consultation with Dr Sharma, along with any assessment relevant to your concern. Nothing is treated until this is complete.
Is non-surgical girth enhancement permanent?
No — hyaluronic acid fillers are not permanent. How long results typically last, and what ongoing maintenance involves, is discussed individually at your consultation.
Do you monitor TRT patients long term?
Yes. Where TRT is appropriate, it is monitored with quarterly consultant-led review, for as long as treatment continues.
